Tides from Nebula is a Polish post-rock band from Warsaw . The band is signed to Long Branch Records and has released four studio albums to date .

history

The band was formed in early 2008 and immediately started writing their own music. In March 2009 the debut album Aura was released , which was positively received by the press. The Polish magazine Przekrój counted the band among the ten best Polish newcomers and Aura among the ten best albums by Polish bands of 2009. In the following years, the musicians played numerous concerts in the opening act for bands like Oceansize , Ulver and God Is at Astronaut and won the two main band competitions for young bands in Poland.

At the beginning of 2010, the musicians withdrew to a remote Polish mountain region to work on their second studio album. Earthshine was produced by the composer Zbigniew Preisner and was released in May 2011. Tides from Nebula first played their own headlining tour through Europe before they played another tour in the opening act of their compatriots Riverside . In 2013 Tides from Nebula signed a contract with Long Branch Records, which released the third album Eternal Movement in October 2013 . The album reached number 33 on the Polish album charts. The fourth album Safehaven was released on May 6, 2016 .
