Foster began to ride when he was eight. She later moved to Langley , where she trained with Brent and Laura Balisky. Since 2006 she has been training with Olympic champion Eric Lamaze in Schomberg .

She rode her first Olympic Games in London in 2012 , where she finished the first qualification with eight penalties. Since their horse Victor was disqualified on the second day due to hypersensitivity in the left fore hand, the Canadian team shrank to three participants: Eric Lamaze , Ian Millar and Jill Henselwood . The reason for the disqualification of the horse was a small wound at the site of the diagnosis; there was no evidence of manipulation.

At the Pan American Games in Toronto in 2015 , she was part of the Canadian team with Triple X III , which won the team silver medal.

In August 2012, she was 124th in the world.

Injuries

In 2008 she broke her back while training with a young horse. Although the doctors feared that she would never be able to walk again, she was already walking again to support the Canadian team at the Olympic Games in Beijing.

Private

As a child, she was featured in a commercial for a children's toy.
