The Tila (also Tila Nadi ) is a left tributary of the Karnali in central Nepal .

The Tila rises in the west of the Kanjiroba Himal . It flows in a predominantly west-southwest direction through the two districts of Jumla and Kalikot . The city of Chandannath , the administrative seat of the Jumla district, lies on the middle reaches. The Tila finally flows into the Karnali near Manma , the capital of the Kalikot district. The Tila has a length of about 120 km.
