Manma ( Nepali मान्म ) is a district of the city of Khandachakra and a former Village Development Committee (VDC) in the Nepalese district of Kalikot in the province of Karnali . Manma is the seat of the district administration.

At the 2011 census, Manma had 9094 inhabitants (4732 men) in 1696 households. In 2001 the population was 6092.

Manma is at an altitude of 1760  m . The place is located on a ridge northeast of the confluence of the Tila in the Karnali .

traffic

Manma is on the Karnali Highway , which goes up the Karnali and Tila valleys and ends in Chandannath .
