Tim Koller (born June 5, 1981 in Oberndorf near Salzburg ) is a German - Austrian actor .

Life

Tim Koller was born near Salzburg and grew up in Bavaria . He attended school in Burghausen, Upper Bavaria . He completed his training as an actor in Burghausen and Hamburg , first from January 2000–2001 at the then Athanor Academy for the Performing Arts in Burghausen and from September 2001-August 2003 at the Stella Academy in Hamburg. In 2003 he received the Friedrich Schütter Prize for young actors.

Koller works as a freelance actor; he is usually tied to the respective stage with piece contracts for his roles.

After his studies he went to the Theaterschiff Bremen (2003 and 2005) and to the Bremen Theater am Goetheplatz (2004; as a dancer in Victor / Victoria ; director: Helmut Baumann ). Further stations were the Wiesbaden State Theater (2006; in La Cage aux Folles ), then from 2006 the St. Pauli Theater in Hamburg and the Stockerau Festival in Austria (2006 and 2008). At the St. Pauli Theater he played a. a. Fyodor in the musical Fiddler on the Roof (2011-2013) and the styler from Wellingsbüttel in night gas station by Franz Wittenbrink .

Since 2013 he has appeared regularly at the Schmidt Theater in Hamburg on the Reeperbahn. Since the premiere in 2013, he has played five (Ranjid | Dealer | Priester | Bofrostmann et al.) Different roles in the musical comedy Die Königs vom Kiez . In February 2015, the premiere of his solo piece Cavequeen followed ; He played this role again in the resumption from September 2015. Tim Koller also works as a presenter, author and director for numerous events and his own theater productions.

Koller has lived in Hamburg since 2001. He has already lived there in the Hamburg districts of Barmbek , Wandsbek , Farmsen and St. Pauli . Currently (as of November 2015) he lives in St. Georg .
