Tino Wenzel

Tino Wenzel (born December 18, 1973 in Ibbenbüren ) is a German marksman . He competes in the discipline of target shooting ( shotgun ).

Tino Wenzel is a metal worker and is married to the marksman Christine Wenzel . The hobby hunter starts for the SSC bowl and is trained by Wilhelm Metelmann. In 2000 he was sixth at the European Championships in Montecatini . The next major success he achieved only in 2003 when he was third in the World Cup in New Delhi . He finished eighth at the 2004 European Championship in Latsia and fifth in Belgrade the following year . In 2006 Wenzel won a World Cup in Suhl and finished fourth at the World Cup final in Granada . With a sixth place at the World Cup in Kerrville , he qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing . He took 25th place there with 68 out of 75 reachable targets.
