Titular diocese of Antiphrae
Antiphrae ( Italian : Antifre ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a submerged bishopric of the ancient city of Antiphrai (near today's Marina el-Alamein ) on the north coast of Egypt , which was inferior in the Roman province of Creta et Cyrene or in late antiquity Libya . The bishopric was assigned to the ecclesiastical province of Darnis .
