Titular diocese of Philippopolis in Arabia
Philippopolis in Arabia ( Italian : Filippopoli di Arabia ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a lost bishopric in the ancient city of the same name (today Shahba ), which was in the Roman province of Arabia Petraea (in today's Jordan ). The diocese was a suffragan of the ecclesiastical province Bostra assigned.
