Titular bishopric of Synaus
Synaus ( Italian : Sinao ) is the titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to a lost bishopric in the ancient city of the same name, which in late antiquity was politically part of the Roman province of Phrygia Pacatiana (today western Turkey ). The bishopric was assigned to the ecclesiastical province of Hierapolis in Phrygia .
