Tomáš Fučík (born March 17, 1994 in Třebíč ) is a Czech ice hockey goalkeeper who has been under contract with PKH Gdańsk in the Polish ice hockey league since July 2019 .

Career

Fučík began his career in the youth teams of SK Horácká Slavia Třebíč and played in various Czech youth leagues before moving to HC Dukla Jihlava in 2012 , for which he also played his first game in the Czech 1st division . After two years, in which he continued to play mainly in the youth leagues, he was brought into the team by HC Energie Karlovy Vary and played a season in the multinational, Russia-based youth league MHL . At the same time, he also played on loan for clubs from the lower-class Czech leagues.

In the summer of 2015 he was signed by Orli Znojmo as a backup for Patrik Nechvátal and played for the club in the Erste Bank Ice Hockey League until 2016 .
