Toni Ortelli
Antonio "Toni" Ortelli (born November 25, 1904 in Schio near Venice ; † March 3, 2000 there ) was an Italian alpinist , conductor and composer .
Ortelli is known in the Alpine region for his song La Montanara ("The Song of the Mountains") composed in 1927 for Coro della SOSAT ( Trient ), which was harmonized by Luigi Pigarelli ; it has been translated into 148 languages.
