Antonio "Tony" Feliciano Rivera Cabrera (born May 31, 1982 in Boston ), better known by his stage name Tony Dize , is a reggaeton musician with roots in Puerto Rico .

Life

He grew up in Coamo, Puerto Rico. Rivera used to mainly sing in church until he met Llandel Veguilla Malavé Salazar, a member of the reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel .

In 2003 he received a guest part on the album Blin Blin Vol. 1 with the single No pierdas tiempo . Another performance followed with Wisin y Yandel, on their album Pa'l mundo (Sensación) and finally his breakthrough in 2006 with the song Quizás from the album Los Vaqueros . The album includes performances by all artists, the WY Records label founded by Wisin and Yandel, Tony Dize was also under contract there.

After Tony Dize left his previous label WY Records in December 2008 , he was under contract with the Machete Music label , which is part of the Universal Music Group. In 2009 there was also a change between Pina Records and WY Records, so the reggaeton artist Yaviah signed with WY Records, Rivera went to his former label Pina Records. In 2008 he released his first solo album under the title La Melodía De La Calle .
