Topolno is a place of Gmina Pruszcz in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship . In 2011, 276 people lived here.
history
On a survey on the Vistula low was from 8./9. a Slavic castle until the 11th century . The oldest mention of the place is from 1239 in a document of the Pomeranian duke, in 1251 it was called Thopulna . From 1309 to 1453/66 it belonged to the territory of the Teutonic Order .
From the late 15th to the early 18th centuries, Topolno was owned by the Konarski family. In 1533 the first wooden church was built. From 1676 there are reports of a miraculous saint with healings. The church was then enlarged from 1681 to 1683. There were Pauline monks from Częstochowa invited (Czestochowa), who founded a monastery. This was consecrated in 1688.
From 1772 to 1920 Topolno belonged to West Prussia ( Schwetz district ). In 1813 the monastery was closed. Since 1920 the place belonged again to Poland.

- Church of the Annunciation, built 1681–1683, former Pauline Church, with organ and prospect from 1694
- Palais, built in 1891, now a girls' school
- Talerzyk castle wall ( little plate ), 8./9. to 11th century, 0.3 hectare, on an elevation on the Vistula lowlands, today a lookout point
