The species lives in its natural biotope in very acidic water values. The subandine white water rivers have a maximum degree of hardness of up to 15 ° dGH with conductance values of less than 200 µS / cm.
- a pH of 5.0 to 6.0
- a Gh value of 2 ° d
- a temperature of 25 to 27 ° C
- a conductance of 50µS / cm to 100µS / cm
nutrition
