The Torsa ( Bengali : তোর্সা , Torsā ; also Torsha , Machu or Amo Chuoder ) is a river that has its source in Tibet and flows through Bhutan to India ( West Bengal state ).

On the banks of the Torsa are the cities of Phuentsholing (in Bhutan), Jaigaon and Koch Bihar (both in India). At the cities of Phuentsholing and Jaigaon it crosses the border with India. In Bangladesh the torsa joins the Jamuna .
