Tröstelberg is a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Haidershofen in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 91 building areas with 37,938 m² and 94 gardens on 297,976 m² in the cadastral community Tröstelberg, in 1989/1990 there were 88 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 124 and in 2009/2010 there were 160 buildings on 356 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 412 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 62 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 433 hectares and 63 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 402 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 70 hectares. The average soil climate of Tröstelberg is 42.5 (as of 2010).
