The Trützschler Group is a German textile machine manufacturer based in Mönchengladbach . The family business is divided into the business areas Spinning, Nonwovens & Man-Made Fibers and Card Clothing. Machines, systems and accessories for spinning preparation, the nonwovens and man-made fiber industries are produced at eight locations worldwide . In addition to the four plants in Germany, this includes production sites in China ( Shanghai ), India ( Ahmedabad ), the USA ( Charlotte ) and Brazil ( Curitiba ) as well as a development site in Switzerland . Service companies are located in Turkey , Mexico and Uzbekistan as well as service bases in Bangladesh , Vietnam , Indonesia and Pakistan .

Company history

The company was founded in 1888 by Paul Heinrich Trützschler in Crimmitschau , Saxony . After the Second World War and the expropriation, the reconstruction in Odenkirchen (today Mönchengladbach ) took place in 1948 . Where tearing machines and carding grinders were produced at the beginning, cotton cleaning systems and the world's first man-made fiber opener were added later. In 1967 the Trützschler Spinning product range was expanded to include cards , in 1992 to draw frames and in 2012 to include combers. In the last few years, the product groups Nonwovens, Man-Made Fibers and Card Clothing have also been established. Today the Trützschler Group is active worldwide with more than 3,000 employees, of which over 750 are employed in the main plant in Mönchengladbach.

  • Truetzschler spinning

Trützschler Spinning describes itself as a technology and market leader in spinning preparation for cotton , man-made fibers and blends. Blowroom machines, draw frames , cards and combing machines are produced . The company headquarters in Mönchengladbach is also the headquarters of the corporate group. In addition to the plant in Mönchengladbach, machines for spinning are also produced in India , China and Brazil for the local markets.

  • Truetzschler Nonwovens & Man-Made Fibers

The Trützschler Nonwovens & Man-Made Fibers business unit was created through the takeover and merger of the companies Fleissner, Erko, Bastian and SwissTex. In the nonwovens sector , Trützschler produces, among other things, spunlace and thermobonding systems . Trützschler Man-Made Fibers offers solutions for the production of technical yarns and BCF yarns for the carpet industry.

  •   Truetzschler Card Clothing  

Trützschler Card Clothing, headquartered in Neubulach ( Baden-Wuerttemberg ) produces high performance sets for carding and carding . TCC products are used in the spinning and nonwovens sectors . Thanks to the close cooperation with the machine development department within the Trützschler Group, the clothings are matched to the Trützschler cards and cards . The product range also includes sets for manufacturers of other machines.
