Trading Yesterday , from 2007 The Age of Information, was an American alternative rock band from Little Rock , Arkansas .

history

The group was founded by David Hodges in 2003 in a small apartment in Little Rock. In late 2004, the band signed a recording deal with Epic Records and later moved to Los Angeles . It took Trading Yesterday five years to make an album. Her best known song is One Day . After publication, the band separated from Epic Records on November 30, 2005. Another popular song is Shattered (Eng. "Broken"); this is about the fact that the singer has lost himself and "died" in the figurative sense. David Hodges worked on Evanescence before starting Trading Yesterday. The band's bassist is Steven McMorran and guitarist Josh Dunahoo; these two were also part of the past and have also contributed to many songs. The group also wrote a theme song for the Syfy series Alphas . The group is often compared to Snow Patrol , Coldplay or Keane .
