Pablo McNeil
Pablo McNeil (born September 12, 1939 - July 4, 2011 in Falmouth ) was a Jamaican sprinter .
At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964, he reached the semi-finals over 100 m and was fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay .
In 1966 he won silver at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston with the Jamaican 4-by-110-yard relay. About 100 yards and 220 yards he was eliminated in the quarterfinals.
At the Olympic Games in 1968, he did not get beyond the first round over 100 m .
He discovered and trained Usain Bolt while he was in school.
