Triaton was an independent IT system house based in Krefeld , Germany . It was created as a spin-off from the ThyssenKrupp Group. In 2000, HiServ GmbH was taken over by Hoechst AG. In February 2004 the company was taken over by Hewlett-Packard . In 2003 Triaton achieved an annual turnover of 370 million euros with approx. 2200 employees . In 2005 the company was fully integrated into the IT outsourcing (Enterprise Services) division of Hewlett-Packard and the name Triaton disappeared. In 2016, the SAP and application management services of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and thus a large part of the remaining former Triaton employees switched to Datagroup AG .
