Trigger the Bloodshed is a British death metal band from Bristol .

history

The band was founded in 2006 and currently consists of Jonny Burgan ( vocals ), Martyn Evans ( guitar ), Daniel Wilding ( drums ; former musician with Aosoth , Aborted , Killing Mode , Misery, The Order of Apollyon ) and the brothers Rob (guitar) and Dave Purnell ( bass ).

Her debut album Purgation was released in 2008 by Rising Records and Metal Blade Records and is available worldwide. The second album The Great Depression , which was released in April 2009, was released by Rising Records and Metal Blade before signing a contract with Candlelight Records .

In May 2010, the band's third studio album, called Degenerate , was released in collaboration with the three labels . In November the band toured Scotland , England , Germany , Italy , Switzerland , Austria , Sweden , the Netherlands , Denmark and Finland . Among them there were some concerts in which the band was supported by Whitechapel .
