Trudy (Ukrainian Труди ; Russian Труды , Polish Trudy ) is a village in the western Ukrainian Rivne Oblast with about 170 inhabitants. It lies northwest of the urban-type Stepan settlement to which it is administratively assigned with 4 other villages.

history

The place originated at the beginning of the 20th century and was officially founded in 1914 as part of the Volyn Governorate in the Russian Empire . After the end of the First World War, the place became a part of the Second Polish Republic ( Voivodeship Volhynia , Powiat Kostopol (from 1925) / Powiat Równe (until 1925), Gmina Stepań), after the outbreak of the Second World War the area became part of the Soviet Union and occupied by Germany from 1941 , in 1945 it finally came to the Soviet Union and was incorporated into the Ukrainian SSR , since 1991 Trudy has been part of today's Ukraine.
