The troop supply worker for the armed forces (abbreviation: TrVersBearb SK , unofficially often also TVB , formerly: Quartiermeister ) is the leader of the supply services in an association ( battalion or comparable) of the Bundeswehr . He "directs" the supplies in his association .

Areas of application and activities

At the association level, TrVersBearb SK is a member of Department S 4 of the staff and is responsible for:

  • the management of bulk consumer goods such as ammunition , supplies and food ,
  • the professional advice for all questions of material management and
  • the training of the staff of the replenishment services in the association.

TrVersBearb SK are also deployed in brigade and command staffs as well as in support groups for material management (formerly test groups according to § 78 BHO ).

The superior of TrVersBearb SK is the supply officer (VersOffz) or troop supply staff officer for the armed forces (TrVersStOffz SK).

education

The training to become a TrVersBearb SK always includes training to become a material management sergeant or material disposition sergeant as well as the train driver's course for the supply services at the Bundeswehr logistics school in Garlstedt .
