The Tschandalasch ( Kyrgyz Чандалаш , also Сандалаш Sandalasch ) is a right tributary of the Chatkal in northwestern Kyrgyzstan .
The Tschandalasch rises as Tschakmak (Чакмак) in Talas-Alatau in the Rajon Chatkal in the Jalalabat region not far from the Uzbek border. From there it flows through the mountains in a south-westerly direction. The river valley runs between the Chandalasch ridge in the east and the Piskom Mountains in the west. The Tschandalasch passes the Korgondebe settlement and picks up the Kajyngsuu on the right. Finally it flows into the Chatkal, which also flows in a south-westerly direction, above Schany-Bazaar . The Tschandalasch has a length of 94 km. It drains an area of 1157 km². The mean discharge is 11.7 m³ / s. The monthly mean fluctuates between 2.8 and 2.9 m³ / s in March and 30.1 m³ / s in June.
