Czech championships in biathlon 2009

The Czech biathlon championships were held from December 27th to 28th, 2009 in Jablonec nad Nisou for women and men in the sprint and pursuit competitions.

Michal Šlesingr won both men's titles, and Zdeněk Vítek was also successful with two bronze medals in both races. In the women's race, Magda Rezlerová won both races ahead of Zdeňka Vejnarová . Both men and women were dominated by athletes from the SKP Jablonec . The club's biathletes won all medals and also occupy all other top positions. With Lowell Bailey and Kevin Patzoldt from the USA and Scott Perras from Canada, three guest starters also took part in the title fights.
