Cherno More ( Bulgarian Черно море , literally translated = Black Sea ) is a village in the municipality and province of the same name / Oblast Burgas in southeastern Bulgaria .
Cherno More is located in the eastern part of the Upper Thracian Plain, around 8 km northwest of the Burgas community center near Lake Atanasov . The village of Rudnik is located around 2 km to the north . Today's village of Cherno More was built around the Mina Cherno More mine, which opened in the 1920s . The first buildings in the village were the miners' quarters. Today the majority of the population works in the Mina Cherno More 2 and Kamenar mines .
