Rudnik ( Bulgarian Рудник , literally mine ) is a village in the municipality of Burgas in Burgas Oblast in southeastern Bulgaria .
Rudnik is located in the eastern part of the Upper Thracian Plain on the southern slopes of the Balkan Mountains , around eight kilometers northwest of the Burgas community center near Lake Atanasow . The transport company of the city of Burgas, Burgasbus , maintains regular connections to Rudnik.
