The TuS Felde is a sports club from the field in Rendsburg-Eckernförde . The first soccer team played for three years in the Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga .

history

The club was founded in 1952 and only played at the local level for decades. The sporting upswing began in the 1990s and was associated with the names Gerd Lütje and Willi Holdorf , who lured numerous former players from Holstein Kiel to Felde. In 1995, TuS Felde was promoted four times in a row to the Schleswig-Holstein Association League . There the team immediately became runner-up behind TSB Flensburg and missed the possible march into the top division in the playoffs against Raspo Elmshorn .

In 1997 the TuS was runner-up again, this time behind TSV Altenholz and failed in the playoffs at ASV Bergedorf 85 . It was not until the third attempt in 1998 that he became a master. After a fourth place in the promotion season, the fields were champions of the Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein Oberliga in 2000. In the following relegation games for a place in the two-track regional league , the TuS failed at Kickers Emden .

In September 2000, those responsible for Holstein Kiel, TSV Altenholz and TuS Felde agreed to jointly support the Holstein Kiel association in the future. As a result, Felde lost his best players and financiers Lütje. At the end of the 2000/01 season, the TuS Felde pulled the team back to the regional league east . Two relegations in a row brought the club in 2003 in the district league. In 2009 TuS Felde and SV Fortuna Stampe formed the SG Felde / Stampe , which has been playing in the district class since 2016.

The soccer players of TuS Felde formed a game community together with Wittenseer SV , which joined Holstein Kiel in 2004 . Under this name they played from 2005 to 2011 in the 2nd Bundesliga North .
