Tulio Luis Ramírez Padilla
Tulio Luis Ramírez Padilla (born February 28, 1960 in Caracas , Venezuela ) is a Venezuelan clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Caracas .
Life
Tulio Luis Ramírez Padilla received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Valencia en Venezuela on August 5, 1984 .
On April 4, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Ausuccura and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Caracas. The Archbishop of Caracas, Jorge Cardinal Urosa , donated him episcopal ordination on July 8 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Cumaná , Diego Rafael Padrón Sánchez , and the Archbishop of Valencia en Venezuela, Reinaldo del Prette Lissot .
