Tulio Demicheli

Tulio Demicheli (real Armando Bartolomé Demichelli ; born August 15, 1914 in Buenos Aires , † May 25, 1992 in Madrid ) was an Argentine film director , producer and screenwriter .

Life

Demicheli began his career as a film editor, assistant director and screenwriter. The films he directed himself in Argentina in the 1940s received two film awards. He then also worked in Mexico before going to Spain. There he shot mainly spaghetti westerns and crime films. His career ended with a documentary about Evita Perón .

Demicheli died of cancer in Madrid in 1992.
