The Tulwa ( Russian Тулва ) is a left tributary of the Kama in the Russian region of Perm .
The Tulwa rises on the Tulwinskaya Heights in the south of the Perm region. It initially flows west, but soon turns north. It finally flows southeast of Ossa into a southern side bay of the Votkinsk reservoir , through which the Kama flows.
The Tulwa has a length of 118 km. It drains an area of 3530 km².
