The Turner Glacier is a glacier on the West Antarctic Adelaide Island . In the Princess Royal Range, it flows on the east side of Mount Liotard in a north-easterly direction to Ryder Bay .

The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out surveys in 1948. Aerial photographs were taken during the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition between 1956 and 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 1980 Andrew John Turner (* 1948) from the British Antarctic Survey , who was involved in construction work on Halley Station (1973–1974 ), Signy Island (1974–1975), Rothera Station (1976–1977, 1978–1980) and Faraday Station (1982–1983).
