Tutin ( Serbian - Cyrillic Тутин ) is a small town with around 34,000 inhabitants in southwest Serbia .
geography
The place is located in Sandžak 35 km southwest of Novi Pazar in Okrug Raška and is the administrative seat of Opština Tutin .
The river Ibar runs not far from Tutin .
population
At the 2011 census, 90% of the community residents identified themselves as Bosniaks and 3.5% each as ethnic Muslims and Serbs . The city has been experiencing a relatively robust upswing for a long time, which was reflected in clearly visible construction activity throughout the city.
