The Tuttell Point is an ice-free headland in the center of the south bank of Heald Iceland before the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It protrudes 11.7 km northwest of the Gandalf Ridge and around 16 km west of the Discovery Glacier into the Koettlitz Glacier .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 2012 after Lieutenant Commander Robert Joseph Tuttell, pilot of the United States Navy's VXE-6 squadron in Antarctica from November 1983 to February 1986.
