tv14 is a German TV magazine and the best-selling consumer magazine in Europe.

It has been published fortnightly since February 1999 by the Bauer Media Group . In addition to the TV program, the magazine is enriched with infotainment articles. Uwe Bokelmann is the editor-in-chief.

tv14 is the market leader in Germany ahead of digital TV . In the low-price segment, it competes with TV Direkt . With the 16/2008 issue, tv14 merged with the TV life program guide. It is printed by a Polish subsidiary of BVG Medien Beteiligungs GmbH , which is also part of the Bauer Media Group , BDN Sp. Z oo Sp. K. in the special economic zone Kamienna Góra near Nowogrodziec (south-west Poland).

On December 3, 2010, tv14 received a public reprimand from the German Press Council in accordance with Section 12 of the Complaints Regulations. The reason for this was that in the 19/2010 edition, under the title “Folic acid protects the heart”, the limit to surreptitious advertising was exceeded.

Since the 1st quarter of 2013, tv14 has been the highest-circulation paid -for newspaper / magazine in Germany , ahead of Bild-Zeitung, with a circulation of around 2.4 million copies .

The volume is approx. 160 pages. For each day there are six pages of TV programs and two pages of TV recommendations. There are also several scientific articles in the World of Miracles section from the magazine of the same name. In addition, the topics of cinema, nutrition, medicine, life and service are dealt with. A riddle, the horoscope, 14 tips and drawings by Uli Stein conclude the booklet.
