The Twislehope Burn is a watercourse in the Scottish Borders , Scotland . It arises in the east of Pike Fell and initially flows in a north-easterly direction, which changes to an easterly direction at the hamlet of Twislehope Hope . With the Billhope Burn it forms the Hermitage Water .
