He was elected to the Mongolian parliament three times . In the 2000, 2004 and 2012 electoral terms, he served in the Cabinet as Minister for Emergency Situations from 2004 to 2006, Minister for Professional Inspection from 2006 to 2008, and, from 2014 to 2015 and 2016 to 2017, Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia. In addition, from 2008 to 2012 he was General Secretary of the Mongolian People's Party ( Mongolian Монгол Ардын Нам , Mongol Ardyn Nam , MVP / МАН / MAN ).

Life

Chürelsüch attended secondary school No. 2 in Ulaanbaatar and graduated in 1989 from the National Defense University of Mongolia ( Mongolian Монгол Улсын Батлан ​​хамгаалахын их сургууль ) with a major in political studies . He studied administrative sciences at the Institute for State Administration and Management Development at the National University of Mongolia , where he graduated in 1994 and again in 2000 (Institute of Law).

Career

He was General Secretary of the Mongolian People's Party and co-founder of the Mongolian Democratic Socialist Youth Union (member of IUSY ) and President of the Left Wing Federation (Dsüünii chütschnii cholboo).

Role in the party

Chürelsüch began his political career in 1991 as a member of the Central Committee of the Mongolian People's Party. Between 1994 and 1996 he worked as an advisor to the secretariat of the MVP parliamentary group. He was one of the leading initiators in the reforms of the youth organization of the MVP and co-founder of the Mongolian Democratic Socialist Youth Union. He was twice its president (1997–1999 and 2000–2005). In 2000 he was elected to the Board of Directors of the MPRP. However, in 2007 he lost his post due to bank fraud.

In 2008 he became general secretary of the MVP. In 2010, Chürelsüch, under the leadership of Süchbaataryn Batbold , the then chairman of the MRVP, campaigned for the party to be renamed “Mongolian People's Party”. The party was renamed in 1924 on the recommendation of the Communist International in "Mongolian Revolutionary People's Party" (MRVP). In 2012 he lost his party positions due to an election failure.

Military career

Chürelsüch is Political Officer for the 152nd Division of the Mongol Armed Forces . He was the first Mongolian military to quit in 1990 when the government struggled to separate parliamentary membership from other offices.
