The Uftjuga ( Russian У́фтюга ) is a tributary of the Kuben Lake in the Vologda Oblast in northwestern Russia .
The Uftjuga has its source in Woschega Rajon in the southern foothills of the Konosha Heights . It flows in a southerly direction and passes the place Vereschnoje . Finally it reaches the Kubenasee and flows into the western north shore.
The Uftjuga has a length of 117 km. It drains an area of 1280 km².
