Ulrich-Dieter Oppitz
Ulrich-Dieter Oppitz (* 1939 in Eschwege ) is a German administrative lawyer .
Life
He studied law in Göttingen and Freiburg im Breisgau (1969 2nd state examination ). He was an administrative lawyer (1973–1991 in Ulm ). After receiving his doctorate in Frankfurt am Main in 1976 , he was Ministerialrat in the Saxony-Anhalt Ministry of Science in Magdeburg from 1991 to 1996 .
