Ulrich Dürr

Ulrich Dürr (* 1944 ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .

After studying law and completing his legal clerkship with the second state examination in law , he joined the financial administration in Baden-Württemberg in 1972 . After working at the tax offices in Sigmaringen and Stuttgart for several years, he was seconded as a research assistant to the Federal Fiscal Court and then appointed judge at the Rhineland-Palatinate tax court . After reunification he became a judge at the Erfurt District Court . In Erfurt he was chairman of a senate for financial law and the service court as well as an assessor in another senate for financial law and in a senate for rehabilitation matters . His activity in Thuringia ended on March 1, 1993 when he was appointed judge at the Federal Fiscal Court. Dr. Ulrich Dürr was a judge in the III. Senate of the Federal Fiscal Court. The III. During Dürr's term of office, the Senate mainly dealt with legal issues relating to the taxation of traders, investment grants and child benefit . From October 2005 he was a regular representative of the chairmen of his Senate. Ulrich Dürr has been retired since February 2009.

Dürr is co-author of legal commentaries to the income tax law and Finanzgerichtsordnung . He also publishes regularly on tax and procedural law .

Since the summer semester of 1963 he has been a member of the student association AV Igel Tübingen .
