Ulrike Blank-Peters (born July 17, 1967 as Ulrike Blank ) is a former German triathlete . She is Vice-World Champion Xterra Cross-Triathlon (1998) and German Champion Cross-Triathlon (2001).

Career

Ulrike Blank came to LC Bingen in 1974. In 1997 she finished 21st at the Duathlon World Championships in Spain.

Vice-World Champion Xterra Cross-Triathlon 1998

In 1998 she was Xterra Vice World Champion in cross triathlon in Hawaii. In 1999 she started at the Ironman Hawaii (Ironman World Championships) and she finished 17th in Kona (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running). This year she was also able to win the combined ranking of the Xterra World Championship and Ironman Hawaii.

In 2001 she became German Cross Triathlon Champion at the "Allgäu Cross TriLenium" in Immenstadt.

After completing her professional triathlon career, Ulrike Blank-Peters returned to Bingen in 2002, founded the triathlon group of LC Bingen and trained this group until 2014.
