The Union des Organizations Islamiques de France (abbr. UOIF ; German "Union of Islamic Organizations in France"; English Union of Islamic Organizations of France ) is a Muslim organization founded in France in 1983 . It is a member of the Islamic umbrella organization Federation of Islamic Organizations in Europe , actually Federation of Islamic Organizations in Europe (FIOE) , which is part of the international movement of the Muslim Brotherhood . The UOIF is a member of the French Islamic umbrella organization, Conseil français du culte musulman (CFCM), founded in May 2003 . The headquarters of the UOIF is in La Courneuve , a French city in the Seine-Saint-Denis department in the northern suburb of Paris .

Fouad Alaoui was one of its presidents, later Ahmed Jaballah. The current president of the UOIF is Amar Lasfar from Lille .

Fouad Alaoui, Laj Thami Breze and her former treasurer Boubaker El Hadj Amor are among the signatories of the Amman Message (Amman Message).

The UOIF is on the terrorist list of the United Arab Emirates (VAR).

According to Frank Frégosi, a researcher at CNRS , the UOIF is undoubtedly the representative of the Muslim Brotherhood in France. She embodies the historical channel of this movement, even if its current leaders wanted to make this embarrassing origin forgotten:

"L'UOIF is incontestablement le représentant des Frères musulmans en France. Elle incarne le canal historique de cette mouvance, même si, aujourd'hui, ses dirigeants veulent faire oublier cette filiation embarrassante. "
