Unplugged: Leben Guaia Guaia is a documentary by director Sobo Swobodnik about the life and music of the street musician Guaia Guaia . He was awarded the Bavarian Radio Audience Award at the Munich Film Festival .

After dropping out of school after the 10th grade of the grammar school in Neubrandenburg and moving to Frankfurt am Main, the two then 20-year-old young men decided in May 2010 to give up their apartment and pursue their music as street musicians without a permanent residence. From then on, Zielke and Gottstein were accompanied by a film team from director Sobo Swobodnik for two years. The film thematizes the deep connection of the band members with their music and their life on the street, but above all the loyal friendship of the two young men.

The documentary Unplugged: Leben Guaia Guaia premiered at the Munich Film Festival in 2012 and won the Bavarian Radio Audience Award .
