Untermoi (also Untermoj ; Ladin Antermëia , Italian Antermoia ) is a village in South Tyrol and a fraction of the municipality of St. Martin in Thurn . The locality is located in 1490- 1530  m height in Untermoital , a true left side valley of the Val Badia in Ladinien . Antermoia has a little more than 300 inhabitants, for whom agriculture, handicrafts and tourism represent the most important income. The village is on the road to the Würzjoch ( 1982  m ), which connects to the Eisack valley . In the southwest it is dominated by the Peitlerkofel ( 2875  m ), a striking mountain figure in the Dolomites . The extensive soils of the Lüsner and Rodenecker Alm extend to the northwest .
