Up was a virtual airline and a division of the Israeli airline El Al . The virtual company operated cheap flights from El Al until October 2018 .
history
Up was set up in November 2013 as a corporate division of El Al and since March 30, 2014 it has been offering cheap flights to and from Europe . The flights were carried out with the Air Operator Certificate and the ICAO and IATA codes of El Al. On January 4, 2018, El Al announced that the low-cost flights under the Up brand would be discontinued during the course of the year. On October 15, 2018, EL Al gave up the Up brand.
Destinations
El Al flew to destinations in Eastern Europe from Tel Aviv under the Up brand . In German-speaking countries was Berlin-Schoenefeld served.
