Vélo Club SOVAC was an Algerian cycling team based in Algiers .
The team was founded in 2012 and took part in the UCI Continental Circuits as a Continental team . The manager was Kheider Oulmi, who was supported by the sporting directors Mohamed Mokhtari and Abdelkader Reguigui. The team was no longer registered with the Union Cycliste Internationale in 2016 . In 2017 the team was registered again with UCI as a Continental team .
