The VLF Force 1 is a super sports car from the American small series manufacturer VLF Automotive, founded by Gilbert Villarreal , Bob Lutz and Henrik Fisker , based on the Dodge Viper . During the development of the Force 1, VLF Automotive received support from the US racing driver Ben Keating .
history
The vehicle was presented for the first time as a coupé at the NAIAS in January 2016 in Detroit , and since April 2016 it has been built in Auburn Hills . The sale takes place exclusively through Ben Keating's sales outlets. The Force 1 was presented as a roadster at the Shanghai Motor Show in April 2017 .
Technical specifications
The two-seater takes over the engine from the Dodge Viper, but in the Force 1 it produces 548 kW (745 hp) and accelerates the sports car to 100 km / h in around three seconds. VLF Automotive specifies a top speed of 350 km / h in the Coupé and 335 km / h in the Roadster.
