The VLF Destino is a sedan of the upper class of of Gilbert Villarreal , Bob Lutz and Henrik Fisker founded American small volume manufacturer VLF Automotive based on the Fisker Karma . Except for the drive train, the vehicle does not differ from it.

history

The vehicle was first presented in January 2013 at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit as VL Destino . The production version came on the US market in 2016 as the VLF Destino V8 . The limousine is built in Auburn Hills .

Technical specifications

In contrast to the Fisker Karma , which has a plug-in hybrid drive, the Destino is powered by the 6.2-liter V8 gasoline engine from the Corvette C6 ZR1. This has an output of 476 kW (647 hp) and accelerates the Destino V8 to 100 km / h in under four seconds.
