Valérie Zenatti (born April 1, 1970 in Nice ) is a French - Israeli writer.

Live and act

At the age of 13, Valérie Zenatti moved with her parents to Beersheba (Israel). At the age of 18 she did her military service. She processed her experiences with it in the book Quand j'étais soldate . After returning to France, she worked successively as an au pair girl, saleswoman, journalist and Hebrew teacher. Today, Valérie Zenatti lives in Paris with her daughter and son , works as a translator for Aharon Appelfeld's work and writes books for children and young people.
