Vendula Měrková (born March 3, 1988 in Třebíč , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech volleyball player .

Career

Měrková began her career with TJ Náměšť nad Oslavou . With VK Královo Pole Brno she won the Czech championship in 2006 and 2007. In the 2007/08 season she played for VK Prostějov and won the cup. She then moved to SK UP Olomouc . In 2010 the diagonal attacker was signed by the German Bundesliga club VfB 91 Suhl . In her first season in Germany she reached the final of the DVV Cup . In 2012/13 Měrková played at league competitor VT Aurubis Hamburg . Then she returned to Suhl, where she played for the VolleyStars Thuringia . After a season in Italy with New Volley Libertas, Měrková has been back in her home country for VK Královo Pole since 2015.
